Over 35+ years of experience in the steel and connected industry, including business development, trading, and industrial operations. Arnaud began his career in the 1990s as commercial and has held various managerial positions at major international steel producers and traders such as Arcelor, SSAB, NLMK and Duferco International Trading Holding (DITH).

In 2016, he was appointed by SSAB Head of Global Automotive where he grew the overall business by more than 30% per fiscal year.

In 2019, he became the head of strategic development at SSAB, where he supported the 5BLN EUR CAPEX Green Steel Transformation project and feasibility (CTO org) for Lulea and Raahe sites.

In 2023, he assumed the role of Vice President of Sales at VULCAN GREEN STEEL LLC, which is the steel arm of Vulcan Green and part of the esteemed Jindal Steel & Power group. Their greenfield steel complex in Duqm (GCC) is set to have a 6 MTPA Green steel capacity, taking advantage of Oman’s exceptional solar and wind resources.

This ambitious project has been well-received in Europe, resulting in approximately 6.7 MTPA as MOUs with leaders of different steel user segments within the last fiscal year for a potential value > 5BLN USD.

Today leading strategic missions for private companies such as M&A evaluations and support, Strategic and commercial development, asset and product management and other specific operations requiring discretion and high-level C-competences.
